Is Hypnotherapy Safe?
Yes, hypnotherapy is a safe, you will be guided into the focussed but relaxed state of hypnosis by your trained hypnotherapist, but you will remain in control throughout. Being in hypnosis can be likened to being engrossed on your favourite book, tv programme computer game or hobby. You are fully aware of your surroundings for example if you heard a fire alarm you would react. During hypnosis using the power of your wonderful mind you will be able to create the solution(s) for you to be the person you were born to be!

How do I book a session?
You can book a session by phone, email, or through my online booking system.
What are the fees for hypnotherapy sessions?
My fees vary depending on the type and length of the session. Please refer to my pricing page or contact me directly for detailed information.
Do you offer online sessions?
Yes, I offer online hypnotherapy sessions via Zoom, Skype, Google etc to accommodate clients who are unable to visit in person. I can also offer local home visits (further fees may apply if you are not local to Hastings/St Leonards area).

What can I expect in the Hypnotherapy Session?
A typical session involves discussing your goals, followed by a period of guided relaxation where I use techniques to help you enter a state of hypnosis. You remain in control and aware throughout the session.
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions required varies depending on the issue being addressed and your responsiveness to hypnotherapy. Some people may see results in just a few sessions, while others might need more, we can discuss this at your first session.
Before the first session
How do I prepare for my first session?
Wear comfortable clothing, and if your session is online ensure you are in a quiet and comfortable environment, put your phone on silent so that you are not distracted, and come with an open mind. It can also be helpful to think about your goals for the session.
Do I need to bring anything to my session?
Only yourself! You can, if you like bring a notepad to take notes and caputure any insights gained!
Post-Session
What should I expect after a hypnotherapy session?
Many people feel relaxed and positive after a session. You might also experience increased awareness and insights into your behavior or thought patterns.
What if I don’t see immediate results?
Hypnotherapy can be a gradual process, and it’s important to give yourself time. Some changes might be subtle and take time to manifest fully. Sometimes change can be pretty fast so don’t be surprised if you feel different quite quickly!

Will I lose control during hypnosis?
No, you will not lose control. You will remain aware of your surroundings and can bring yourself out of hypnosis at any time if you wish.
Is hypnotherapy the same as stage hypnosis?
No, hypnotherapy is a therapeutic practice conducted by trained professionals to help clients achieve personal goals, unlike stage hypnosis which is performed for entertainment purposes.
